Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KB Digital collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or contact the business.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Who is responsible for your information

KB Digital is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Questions or requests can be sent to contact@kbdigi.com.

Information collected

If you contact KB Digital, information may include:

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Details you provide about your business, website or enquiry.
  • Messages and subsequent correspondence.

The website host may also process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

How and why the information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss requested services, prepare proposals, maintain business records and keep the website secure. The lawful bases relied upon are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and KB Digital's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.

Who information is shared with

Information is not sold. Netlify hosts this website, filters contact-form spam and stores form submissions. Google Workspace provides business email, including notifications sent to KB Digital. Information may also be processed by essential business service providers, disclosed when required by law, or used when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, KB Digital relies on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards required by UK data protection law.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information may be retained for longer where it becomes part of a client relationship, is needed for tax or legal records, or is required to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. To make a request, email contact@kbdigi.com.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator.

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy and the website's cookie controls will be updated where required.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page.
